I was curious on how my friends from art class did at the fair, I looked on the State Fair's website to see how they placed. I'm happy to announce all of them placed first in their category! If you are interested and want to see their work along with mine, here are their names and category they were in.

Mercy place first in Junior Portrait pencil. It's a little girl holding some lettuce, done in colored pencil.

Sarah placed first in Adult Any Media ink. It's a front door done in ink.

Charity place first and won Best of Show in Juniors for Junior Any Media pastel. It is her younger sister in a corn field. It's pretty big, so you can't miss it. And, you may remember, I won second place in this same media. I was trumped by my friend. I'm really happy for her. I can't believe she won best of show!

My other picture won under Junior Animal/Bird Pastel. Owls!
